Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to send something back.

RETURNS

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Email max@32northsd.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is at your cost.

Once the item arrives back with us, your refund goes to the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

DAMAGED, MISPRINTED OR WRONG ITEMS

If something turns up damaged, misprinted, or simply isn't what you ordered, that one is on us. Email max@32northsd.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it at no cost to you. Don't ship it back — we don't need it.

EXCHANGES

For a different size or colour, return the original using the process above and place a new order. Everything is made to order, so that is the fastest route to getting the right piece.
